Vivian is surprised that Arthur's had a change of heart when he returns from a trip. Vivian explains that Arthur is a "different man", and then wonders what might have happened while he was out of town to cause his change of heart; She's really in for a big surprise when she learns that it wasn't Arthur, but his twin brother that she spent the evening with.

Vivian is delighted with Arthur when he returns from a trip to New England and they spend a romantic evening together. However, the next day Vivian is in for a shock, it seems Arthur has a twin brother, Arnold who has escaped from a mental institution heading to Tuckahoe to impersonate Arthur. Vivian and Maude soon realize Arnold was the one Vivian spent the night with.

Factual errors

While on the phone with a client, Maude mentions a property she has listed is between a Ramada Inn and a Jack-in-the-Box. Jack-in-the-Box has never (as of 2018) operated in the state of New York, where the show is set. The show was both written and filmed in the Los Angeles area where the chain - then and now - has a robust presence.
