Synopsis[]

Election day is approaching and Carol goes to help out. Maude finally gets a chance to meet Carol's new boyfriend, and she finds out he is ten years younger than Carol.

Storyline[]

Mrs. Naugatuck is excited about voting for the first time in an American presidential election and debates voting for Ford or Carter. Meanwhile, the eve of the national election offers more than political worries for Maude as she meets Carol's latest boyfriend, a 21-year old, but not only is Maude worried about the age difference but also the fact that he is a Republican.
