About Mr. Morrison[]
When Archie was robbed at gunpoint while driving for Munson's Cab company by a young man who turns out to be a college student, Mr. Morrison, the attorney of the father of the young man, who happens to be the city commissioner, drops by the Bunker house and offers Archie a bribe of $100 to drop the charges he filed at the police station. Archie obliges in accepting it.
Mike and Gloria are both taken aback by his willingness to change his tune quickly about the young man, whom he first called a "creep" and wanted him to rot under the jail cell, but turned hypocritical as he then would say he didn't want, as Mr. Morrison said, the young man's future political career "destroyed before it started".
