Lori Shannon (born Don Seymour McLean, May 18, 1938 – February 13, 1984) was an openly gay [1] female impersonator who was long-associated with the drag revues at the famous Finocchio's nightclub in San Francisco.[2] He also wrote an entertainment column for the Bay Area Reporter.[3] His stage persona was notable due to his size (6'6"), raspy basso voice, and sarcastic humor.

To the general public, Shannon is best known for portraying female impersonator Beverly La Salle in three episodes of All in the Family. The episodes in which he appears are "Archie the Hero" (Season 6), "Beverly Rides Again" (Season 7) and "Edith's Crisis of Faith (Part 1)" (Season 8).

He died of a heart attack at the age of 45 on February 13, 1984.
