Synopsis

Gloria wants Mike to have a vasectomy when she thinks she might be pregnant.

Storyline

Gloria thinks that she may be pregnant again, and she's afraid to tell Mike because they apparently had an agreement not to have another baby, mainly because the very liberal Mike feels it would be bad to bring another child into an over populated and underfed world. Gloria has serious dialog with both her mother Edith and her husband, including a funny moment when she head butts Mike in the stomach, and knocks him over the table to the floor after they argue. They both argue about whose fault it is that she may be pregnant; is it her fault because she didn't take the pill, or Mike's because he won't use contraception?

After the arguing, Mike reluctantly agrees on getting a vasectomy(where is Archie when you need him?), and naturally, the doctor calls Gloria to inform her that she isn't pregnant, so basically, Mike got the surgery under false pretenses. However, Mike isn't upset after finding out that Gloria's not pregnant after all, even though she feels very guilty anyway.
