Bill Davenport (August 11, 1925 - May 13, 1989) was an American writer. He wrote for many television sitcoms including Mister Ed, Gilligan's Island, Hogan's Heroes, and I Dream of Jeannie.

He wrote thirteen episodes of All in the Family, four episodes of Good Times, one episode of The Jeffersons, and fifteen episodes of Maude.
